Management was friendly enough and they gave you space to do the projects that were given. If you want to do real coding, this may not be for you; projects are all done in India (for the most part) and you are the projects' coordinator. This is perfect for someone that wants the management position of overseeing a workforce and managing multiple projects at once.

Cons

95% of the work done was outsourced to India so some projects required you to be on Skype until 2am in the morning.

Communication is their trademark. Sharing of ideas is not only between inter department but top management also chips into put out queries of employees. There are lot of learning curves that are presented which results in optimal growth of an employee. It's an organization with great work ethos and the environment encourages a professional approach to self upliftment

Due to international presence it requires extra efforts to meet the demands of different time zones.
