For me, they intentionally misled me about the program. As a college student, there is no reason to be working on the dock at 10:00 at night. They mentioned a great path to a leadership position, but if this industry is not what you are wanting for in a career (and honestly if it is, get your experience here and go anywhere else) then you are honestly better off spending the time looking for another job instead. The juice is not worth the squeeze.
