Pros

The pay is not horrible. Some of the co workers are ok. Some in management are fine to deal with. Lots of hours.

Cons

Well, the work to life balance is zero. They play favorites beyond what is acceptable. They have a tendency to only promote those willing to brown nose, and not based on merit as I was told when I started. Nobody is trained properly. They stick you into a job with minimal training and let you figure it out. Getting time off in certain positions is impossible because nobody else is trained to do it. Upward mobility is limited if you're good at your job. Just overall a negative environment to work in. Management doesnt give you a break and they question everything you do.

Pros

- The HR team was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with - Built many meaningful relationships and lifelong professional connections during my time with the company - Leadership and ownership demonstrate a strong commitment to employees and company culture - Pyle offers very competitive benefits and a solid 401(k) program - My decision to leave was solely due to relocating out of state for personal reasons, not because of the company itself

Cons

- The role can become somewhat repetitive and cyclical over time - The hiring process requires managing a high volume of moving pieces and constant information flow, demanding strong organization and attention to detail - Mondays can be especially long due to leading and facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions
