The main office is in a good location. There are literally no other pros.

If you want to be treated with respect, don't work here. If you dislike gossipy foul-mouth rude co-workers, don't work here. If you think "hazardous waste" should be limited to items being hauled and not to describe the condition of the buildings and bathrooms, don't work here. If you don't feel that a manager should address their subordinates by screaming at them and cursing at them in front of everyone, don't work here. If you want to be treated like a human being and keep your dignity intact, don't work here.
