Pros

Ownership is first class. Benefits average.

Cons

You will never see a promotion if you are a female. They expect you to work your butt off and you get nothing in return. Loyalty will get you nowhere. Bullying and favoritism is everywhere. Unfair pay practices. Cannot trust anyone. The list goes on and on.

- The HR team was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with - Built many meaningful relationships and lifelong professional connections during my time with the company - Leadership and ownership demonstrate a strong commitment to employees and company culture - Pyle offers very competitive benefits and a solid 401(k) program - My decision to leave was solely due to relocating out of state for personal reasons, not because of the company itself

Cons

- The role can become somewhat repetitive and cyclical over time - The hiring process requires managing a high volume of moving pieces and constant information flow, demanding strong organization and attention to detail - Mondays can be especially long due to leading and facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions
