Certain terminals were great to work at in every aspect. Pay and benefits are okay.
Cons
Upper management is very one-sided and self-serving. If you're not at one of the few decent locations, expect management, culture, facilities, and equipment to be subpar.

- Built many meaningful relationships and lifelong professional connections during my time with the company
- Leadership and ownership demonstrate a strong commitment to employees and company culture
- Pyle offers very competitive benefits and a solid 401(k) program
- My decision to leave was solely due to relocating out of state for personal reasons, not because of the company itself
Cons
- The role can become somewhat repetitive and cyclical over time
- The hiring process requires managing a high volume of moving pieces and constant information flow, demanding strong organization and attention to detail
