Pros

$2500.00 sign on bonus because they can't keep or find drivers for custom dedicated tank division. If you've had a DUI/OUI, License Suspension, License Revocation or Chargeable Accident in the last 3 years they'll hire you. If you can become one of the "Good Ole Boys" of the boss and not one of the 20 drivers I've seen come and go in the two years I've been here--You'll have a job. The only thing keeping me here is the time it'll take to find another job. It's spring so I shouldn't have much of a problem seeing as I have over 20 years experience so you can have my job.

Cons

Lack of direction from upper management. There is not enough room to say everything wrong with "Custom Dedicated" if not the company. They'll hold on to poor employees far too long and pass up on those who are deserving. Their management is a joke because they're more driven by dollar savings than employee performance. The trucks are not maintained or even repaired when written up. Mechanics do not sign off on DVIR when or if truck is repaired. Forget about having a life if you work here. A. Pyle of Duie is not a typo.

Pros

- The HR team was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with - Built many meaningful relationships and lifelong professional connections during my time with the company - Leadership and ownership demonstrate a strong commitment to employees and company culture - Pyle offers very competitive benefits and a solid 401(k) program - My decision to leave was solely due to relocating out of state for personal reasons, not because of the company itself

Cons

- The role can become somewhat repetitive and cyclical over time - The hiring process requires managing a high volume of moving pieces and constant information flow, demanding strong organization and attention to detail - Mondays can be especially long due to leading and facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions
