Pros

Off Christmas, thanksgiving and new years

Cons

Management becomes super passive aggressive. Makes you feel bad for asking for a personal day, will tell you no to personal days, will have you stay way overtime without asking if it’s fine. Hours are dreadful. Supervisors rotate and take full weeks off every week, but regular employees can’t take personal days even if given weeks notice. They complain about absences but take off a whole week. Pay is awful, not worth it. By the end of the week, this job makes you feel like you’ve been working a month straight without stopping. They couldn’t care less about their employees.

- The HR team was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with - Built many meaningful relationships and lifelong professional connections during my time with the company - Leadership and ownership demonstrate a strong commitment to employees and company culture - Pyle offers very competitive benefits and a solid 401(k) program - My decision to leave was solely due to relocating out of state for personal reasons, not because of the company itself

Cons

- The role can become somewhat repetitive and cyclical over time - The hiring process requires managing a high volume of moving pieces and constant information flow, demanding strong organization and attention to detail - Mondays can be especially long due to leading and facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions
