Great company to work for! I liked how approachable the recruiters, administrators/management are. Always a phone call or email away to answer any questions on concerns. Pay always on time. Never had an issue with the company.

Cons

Not sure. I believe it depends on case by case situation. When I was hired I didn't need health insurance trough my job, however, later I found that they do offer health insurance.
