Pros
I have successfully worked for some large, big name companies, but have never felt the security and sense of accomplishment as I do with A-Line Staffing. Some owners have an “open door” policy, but what that often means is that they let you vent, yet nothing is done. That is not the case with A-Line. When you see something that could improve the success of the company, they listen, follow through and involve you in the decision. Everyone who works here feels a sense of being a part of the family. From top to bottom, everyone who works at A-Line has a high level of humility, integrity, professionalism, work ethic and energy. American Staffing Association ranked us the 12th fastest growing staffing company recently, and I suspect this year we will be in the top 10.
Cons
Tremendous growth means growing pains. Although, this is not really a negative, because as a family, it is exciting to know that what we learn from the growing pains makes us stronger and our future brighter.
