The company is growing, which means that there is opportunity for people to grow their careers with the company. 8-5 Schedule (internal employees) 401k with Company Match Family-owned by people who strive to do the right thing and treat their people well.

Cons

Since the company is growing there will always be a bit of a learning curve.
