      Pros

      I love my job! The team that I work with is amazing and I feel like it's my family away from home. This company really cares about their employees. It may be hard to see sometimes, but they do! There's room to grow and the company has really invested in employees' development.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't the best but the company is trying to improve them because of the employee feedback they received and kindly welcome.

      Pros

      Great company. Lot's of advancement opportunities. SALES people can earn money here - order takers maybe not a lot.

      Cons

      Expectations are high but with expectations comes $$ opportunities. I worked at another agency (like highway but starts with a FREE...) and expecations were also high but money wasnt there and I got tired of the president yelling at me,

      Pros

      Essentially what every job has: lunch and full time job.

      Cons

      No growth, no PTO, no 401K, no sick days and no maternity/paternity leave. Very micromanaged to the point it is overwhelming.
