      weekly pay. Basic amenities in office.

      Cons

      Not a productive work environment and multiple examples of favoritism and poor management from VP and executives. Including poor resource allocation, unethical practices and negative culture. high advise against working in this company.

      Pros

      Great company. Lot's of advancement opportunities. SALES people can earn money here - order takers maybe not a lot.

      Cons

      Expectations are high but with expectations comes $$ opportunities. I worked at another agency (like highway but starts with a FREE...) and expecations were also high but money wasnt there and I got tired of the president yelling at me,

      Pros

      Essentially what every job has: lunch and full time job.

      Cons

      No growth, no PTO, no 401K, no sick days and no maternity/paternity leave. Very micromanaged to the point it is overwhelming.
