Pros

- good colleagues & teammates. Treated each other like family - fair benefits. Different company events to engage staff - sizeable

Cons

- outdated mindset of management. Making staff waste time & effort on work which is not doing much to the business. - asked us to be creative but not taking our opinions - low wage with unreasonable workload - not enough resources for requested work / production - high turnover rate
