Pros

Chesterton is an incredibly family oriented company. The management was always very accommodating if I had to leave early for a family necessity etc. I only worked there for a year because we were moving, from the interview process through my exit interview the entire experience was incredibly rewarding.

Cons

I would like to see the company adopt some of the more progressive benefits that other companies offer (better time-off, family leave, etc). It is manufacturing so I realize it is not Facebook, but it would be nice.
