Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits, 401k match, great work/life balance and some good people. If you simply keep to yourself and have a senior person in your group to always work with, you could do OK. Company paid training, and profit sharing after 2 or 3 years. The particular team you are in likely makes a big difference.
Cons
Heavily political; you are not allowed to voice your opinions against the established status quo. Working with the person who you feel the most comfortable going to, gets you reprimanded by your manager during review time because it's not who they agree you should work with. Of course they never tell you any of these things.
