Coworkers, short commute, vacation time, previous leadership and training

Cons

No clear leadership, incosistant goals, changes each time there is a change in management. Departments are not aligned often working on projects that contradict each other. Benefits are consistantly being reduced -not open about why instead it is communicated to us as a perk when it is a reduction in benefits.
