Pros

Great team in the polymer seals department. Managament cares and listens to problems and shows what they are doing to fix the issues. Your opinions are valued and heard. Great work atmosphere and the shop is clean and organized.

Cons

Bonuses are effected by overall company sales. So even if your whole department hit every metric you may not get a bonus if the sales team didnt reach their goals. Not a temperature controled building.
