It has a wide variety of product lines, and sells its products around the world (in over 100 countries), which makes it a very interesting place to work. The Company also has a number of employee engagement activities that show it really cares about the people who work here.

The company can be overly tradition bound, but has made significant changes over the past 6 or 7 years to become more contemporary.
