Pros

Can take your breaks whenever, can wear headphones while working, good working pace depending on area, HR/managers are understanding, no mandatory overtime. Great pay, free healthy drinks and snacks, on site gym free to use.

Cons

Sign a paper stating you can be fired at any time, I've seen many people fired. Management has alot of nepotism, certain people can take 6 month leave of absence and others can't take a half day. No sick days, have to use PTO if you're sick. Easily burn up your vacation time just being sick.

Pros

The regular non-tenure employees are mostly down to earth. You can get away with doing nothing for the entire day, if you work in the office.

Cons

Most the people there are fairly friendly up front however the more tenure employees are only out for themselves, they'll throw you under the bus to look good. They don't give you tasks to do. You are expected to find something to work on even when there is nothing and if you can't find anything to do, they'll complain to HR and threaten your job security. They don't want improvements on the machines, they want you to work on what they want, when they want it. Plans are constantly changing and/or you're not included in them. They're maybe 10-20 years behind industry. They don't know basic automation terminology used across the industry. It is a giant game of favorites and the people in the office do whatever they want and lack knowledge on their own products and processes. It's kind of sad. The owner is a rich spoiled nepobaby who thinks he is the best thing since sliced bread but the reality is management is why the company is a complete joke and so far behind the rest of the world. There is a reason why two Japanese companies own 60-80% of the market share.
