The human resource organization at A10 Networks is committed to fostering an environment that enables the Company to attract and retain talent. During my two year tenure at the Company we have invested in rebuilding the human resources team to support our efforts in attracting and retaining talent. Some employees have difficulty keeping in step with the intended rate of change.
In our effort to deliver employee and manager feedback, and monetary recognition more frequently our performance evaluation and bonus program was changed from annually to semi-annually.
Our CEO and management have an open door policy and each employee has the opportunity to openly and honestly communicate at any time.
