      Good innovation, niche products, new CEO

      Cons

      Severe lack of leadership, ability to deliver and compete. Very little attention to new progressive ideas offered from employees. Some management leaders have no business managing people.

      Solid team dynamics across departments. Good new training coupled with product. Products work.

      As with all OEMs currently, global supply chain has made pricing changes more frequent.

      HR does a good job with recruiting and onboarding. The exec team seems invested in the company's success. The broader team is excited about the company's future. There is a good level of transparency and communication.

      Nothing to report, this is focused on initial impressions and onboarding.
