Free AAA membership. 2 weeks of PTO available after 90 day probationary period. Travel and attraction ticket discounts.

Cons

Working in any call center is demanding which is to be expected. However in the Travel Contact Center the stress does not come from the members on the other line, it comes from management. Bully tatics are used to force employees to give up days off to accommodate the high turn over rate they have in this department. Management is condescending and expects their employees to take the verbal abuse thrown at them. There is no work life balance if you need a day off or have to call out expect a warning note from the higher ups in this department.

Pros

Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

Cons

Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
