Okay benefits, on the job training, one familiarization trip a year, discounts on travel

Toxic corporate culture, way too many higher ups and not enough peons, inflexibility on scheduling, work life balance skews heavily to work, pay is garbage per hour when all the responsibilities are taken into account, the 'incentives' are hard to attain with unrealistic goals and expectations, technology is a joke and only works about 50% of the time with overwhelmed support.
