      The paychecks are on time.

      Cons

      No one knows anything. Any question you have will be earmarked to be addressed later and never addressed. When I first started at this company I asked about the bonus structure. They said that there would be a training. This confused me until I saw that the bonus is about $75; I exceed the goals by 300% every month.

      Pros

      Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

      Cons

      Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
