AAA Northeast is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Since the arrival of the new CFO, Santosh, the company has been treading water and steadily declining.
Despite promising employees higher earnings and more leads, leadership slashed compensation by approximately 60% and cut marketing budgets to less than one-third of previous levels. The company has shown a clear pattern of misleading employees and making decisions with complete disregard for their well-being.
Worse, management will look for any reason — real or fabricated — to terminate employees, especially if it means they won’t have to pay out money owed under the old or new compensation plans. They have fired numerous top-producing agents who stood to receive significant payouts due to the compensation changes, then backtracked on all promises to “make employees whole.” Lies and excuses are routinely manufactured to justify these terminations.
Employees are not treated as professionals. Instead, management pushes mandatory “personal development” programs that feel more like attempts at control than genuine growth opportunities.
This once-solid organization has completely lost its way. If you value fair treatment, transparency, honesty, and basic respect in the workplace, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Run as fast as you can.
