      They worked very hard to keep all employees during COVID-19. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Some departments have too many managers and not enough workers. Sometimes it takes too long to get what you need from others. Pay is somewhat low for cost of living in NYC.

      Pros

      After working 25 years in retail it has been a breath of fresh air to work for a company that truly cares about its employees (at every level). -a true work life balance -amazing benifits (the cost of which have not gone up) -a company that encourages volunteer time (during the week, and pays you to do it)

      Cons

      -after 3 years I still don’t have ANY cons to working for AAA Northeast.
