      In my first 3 months, I have faced with more personal challenges than I could imagine. My manager, his manager, and the company have been nothing but helpful and encouraging. So happy to be here!

      Cons

      We don't have access to texting customers directly yet, but I hear it's in the works.

      Pros

      After working 25 years in retail it has been a breath of fresh air to work for a company that truly cares about its employees (at every level). -a true work life balance -amazing benifits (the cost of which have not gone up) -a company that encourages volunteer time (during the week, and pays you to do it)

      Cons

      -after 3 years I still don’t have ANY cons to working for AAA Northeast.
