Still not a good culture for minorities to be being given equal consideration to move up. Held back on a constant basis most of the times without reason, just because this is the way it is done. And do not question or more troubles are surely ahead. Even with the new system and more than normal job postings, still the minorities having it tough if they reach for more than the call center environment. The older 50 is not included in the corporations future plans, they are just place holders and they are of aware of the treatment. It is embarrassing. Too many stipulations to be treated with consideration. Most just take the early retirement and try elsewhere. And this has nothing to do with lacking proper education and work background for these groups, Just a cavalier attitude of the way things are done. " Like it or leave it" Be happy to be employed and dont make trouble....
