Pros
It's a job. There are no pros this company is horrible and the people in charge don't care about the employees.
Cons
We are supposed to serve our members in their time of need but management is more concerned about us being at work for 10+ hours a day. We are scripted to tell members they may have to wait 2.5 hrs for service because we don't have anyone coming to you. Instead of worrying about us, get more contractors that's willing to service our members.
