Pros

Customer-focused, innovate product development, creative working environment Although I only worked for AAPC for less than a year , I have been familiar with AAPC for many years. I am a certified outpatient coder and have not only been a member of AAPC, but I have also been an advocate for AAPC while working as a post-secondary instructor to help many coding students become AAPC members and utilize AAPC resources to prepare for their certification exams and future coding careers. The team at AAPC is dedicated to creating coding training products that elevate members’ knowledge and ensure members stay current with ever-changing healthcare regulations on coding, billing, reimbursement, and compliance. AAPC consistently offers training products that outdistance the competition and will go above and beyond to ensure their customers receive top products at the best prices. The AAPC team actively requests feedback from customers with surveys and focus groups to improve their products and ensure that products meet customers’ needs. They really do listen to their customers’ suggestions and incorporate those suggestions into many new product features. Their customers are, and always have been, their top priority.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

AI and India is closing all positions. No work for you! You get to train your replacement.

Cons

If you get a job expect that to be your pay for YEARS to come. They don’t keep up with inflation or give raises. Just layoff more and give you the work.
