While some might welcome alcohol on-site, it is unfortunately not one of AAPC’s employee benefits. However, our Freestyle soda machine includes more than 100 other beverage mixing options for employees to enjoy with free food, great health insurance, 401K matching, open PTO, ski passes, sporting and event tickets, outings, an in-house gym (Pelaton bike trainer added last month – woohoo), and several other benefits that make working at AAPC great. Additionally, Bevan Erickson and others at AAPC are not “ripping off customers”, “committing fraud”, or racially discriminating at AAPC - and there is no hiring freeze on “nonwhite”. African Americans make up higher percentage of our employee base than are found in our state population and AAPC follows all federal and state laws, including those enforced by the EEOC. We do not discriminate in employment and personnel practices on the basis of race, sex, age, disability, religion, national origin, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law. Hiring, transferring and promotion practices are performed without regard to the above listed. AAPC welcome’s transparent reviews but find this one a bit aberrant. ;)

Pros

AI and India is closing all positions. No work for you! You get to train your replacement.

Cons

If you get a job expect that to be your pay for YEARS to come. They don’t keep up with inflation or give raises. Just layoff more and give you the work.
