Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your time at AAPC. I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience during your time here. Nothing is harder than making the decision to ask someone to leave the company, but as you know, we give any employee who underperforms the opportunity to address the issues. Related to your comments, our Open PTO policy is designed to inform all employees who is “out of office” so we can ensure continuity of business. Unfortunately, when an employee takes advantage of Open PTO or Working From Home, we have to place restrictions on an individual basis.
