Pros
I have worked for a variety of different jobs and I really enjoy what AAPC offers. AAPC CARES You are continuously encouraged to find opportunities to grow as an individual because management believes that investing in employees is important. I am always asked if I enjoy what I am currently working on, if I would like to change anything, and if there is another skill I would like to learn. This has allowed me to learn a number of things that I never thought like SEO. I also love the flexibility. You are always given time off when you need it and you can work with your manager on what hours you work during. So you can work 7-3 or 9-5. GREAT TEAM MEMBERS I have been on with the team as it has grown and changed. While there are always challenges that come with training and adapting, the great people make it worth it. I love interacting with people who have been with the company for 10+ years and they really love what they do. The new talent has such great ideas and they bring so much to the table. You can ask anyone for help and they will gladly do so. I enjoy being able to learn with my team and the chance to be apart of the AAPC family. FUN ACTIVITIES There is always something fun going on at AAPC. The culture committee plans elaborate meals and parties for the entire company. At end of the month, our CEO always brings in a catered meal to help get us through. AAPC may not be a company name that you know off the top of your head, but it is an incredible place full of opportunity and great people. There is so much ahead for this company and I can't wait to see what happens.
