Pros
Great seeing the improvements and progress the company is making over the years. Awesome to see the flexibility to adapt to changing environments while trying to balance the demands of all constituents (from customers to employees to shareholders and investors).
Cons
With growth comes pain as the organization evolves - and it can be frustrating to not have desired change all happen at the pace one desires. That stated, everyone's perspective of priority is different and yet empowered employees are influencing the decisions the company takes at each inflection point and at almost every level of the business.
