Good ideas - Lots of infighting at C level Management - Former Employee AAPC Employee Review

There was not enough direction from the top, There were 2 groups at C level management that are fighting for the direction of the company. Product decisions were not made in time. This caused a personnel budget problem. They had a massive layoff at the end of the year. Their technology is old and they are not going to get away from it any time soon because of the technical and personnel decisions they have made. They have tried for 3 years to change. There has been no significant progress. They should no longer be a "Best Place to Work" in Utah.
