Pros

Opportunity to try a new design industry

Cons

HR and management having colluded back office meetings to develop an exit plan, instead of addressing the decision to go with another candidate directly to staff. Management not technically trained and lacks professional people and communication skills. I was pulled aside and told that I was one of many who had come through that position, and could not work with management due to the manager having overly emotional bouts, and too not take it personal.

Pros

The management team works hard to encourage and support employees, recognizing that they are the company's greatest asset. Experienced team members are welcoming and take the time to train new employees, helping them succeed while emphasizing the importance of working safely. Leadership strives to be fair, consistent, and approachable. They actively listen to employee concerns, address issues in a timely manner, and foster a positive, supportive work environment where employees feel valued and respected.

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks is the lack of air conditioning in the factory during the summer, making the work environment hot and at times uncomfortable. Overtime opportunities are also limited to a maximum of 56 hours per week, which may be disappointing for employees looking to work additional hours. While overtime is available, most employees can typically expect to work around eight hours of overtime each week.
