Cons

If management would be changed, maybe would be a better outlook. Management is inept and a poison to the organization. They create rules so just the managent can get their fat bonuses and as soon something is wrong( because of their poor leadership) they start reorganizing. Management doesn’t have the knowledge required to lead. The worse company I ever worked for, period. Very shady bonus structure. Management kills the business. Don’t work here if you have a choice, you will be miserable.

Pros

The management team works hard to encourage and support employees, recognizing that they are the company's greatest asset. Experienced team members are welcoming and take the time to train new employees, helping them succeed while emphasizing the importance of working safely. Leadership strives to be fair, consistent, and approachable. They actively listen to employee concerns, address issues in a timely manner, and foster a positive, supportive work environment where employees feel valued and respected.

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks is the lack of air conditioning in the factory during the summer, making the work environment hot and at times uncomfortable. Overtime opportunities are also limited to a maximum of 56 hours per week, which may be disappointing for employees looking to work additional hours. While overtime is available, most employees can typically expect to work around eight hours of overtime each week.
