Pros

Working with talented people world-wide, one of few companies where Indian employees are treated on-par with respect to responsibilities and accountability, time-off policy, relaxed/casual environment, lots of cultural events, family-like atmosphere, lots of international travel opportunities (long-term and short-term), fantastic product portfolio.

Cons

Politics, mediocre people are retained/promoted because of 'GodFather-dom', line and functional management are separated - which creates confusion during goal-setting and ratings, average salaries, below-average hikes, hierarchical management structure, line managers are more powerful and influential than the technical senior people, moving between divisions by-choice is difficult despite HR initiatives.

Pros

The management team works hard to encourage and support employees, recognizing that they are the company's greatest asset. Experienced team members are welcoming and take the time to train new employees, helping them succeed while emphasizing the importance of working safely. Leadership strives to be fair, consistent, and approachable. They actively listen to employee concerns, address issues in a timely manner, and foster a positive, supportive work environment where employees feel valued and respected.

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks is the lack of air conditioning in the factory during the summer, making the work environment hot and at times uncomfortable. Overtime opportunities are also limited to a maximum of 56 hours per week, which may be disappointing for employees looking to work additional hours. While overtime is available, most employees can typically expect to work around eight hours of overtime each week.
