I don't From where to start There are lots of things I can tell you To cover up all things i will keep it Point wise sort and simple Falls promises by management Poor direction Unethical working No professionalism 2 Man show No clear cut policy . Can create at any policy at any time as per their requirement Keep their employees busy even though no work is there . They may even ask you to wash their cloths and will never feel shame. For new joiner it's very tough to survive because First senior don't want to share his business . If he share he would get pressure of targets and second management may transfer you any place if they don't find you impressive as per their requirement. And they transfer such places like northeach , andmannokobar maldeep etc. As a result 48 employees together resigned from this company in 2018 due to continuous harrasment and unethical practices by company . No medical No DA Very less TA. They still pay 2 Rs per km for bike They say they will gift you a car after certain targets to be achieved but one you reach their they ask you to buy yourself and increase salary by 6000 Rs only. They promise you for incentives but will never pay you .
