Datamatics nashik. The worst Management. The place is like the hell to work.. Senior management is not good. The place is like school. And they treat you like a student's. You will not get the respect from anyone not even from the security guard. Work culture is so bad... And u will fed up with their policies. Instead of wasting time in this organization better join BPO company.. The HR and admin. Dept. Of nashik don't have the manners how to deal with the employees. So suggestion is don't join the organization at any cost...
