      Pros

      Great place to work as a boot licker. You will find new challenges in your boot licking abilities

      Cons

      Low pay. Condescending management. Never fix it right the 1st time. just keep fixing the same thing wrong 10 times that’s progress. The place I worked had a bathroom in the basement that tested positive for asbestos in 2019. So they boarded it up for 3 years. At least it was in the drivers lounge where management would never have to be around.

      Pros

      Pay is best in the business. $100,000+ first year as a road driver. Year two I made $107,000… and took two months off for cancer surgery. Year three I made $129,000. I average 2-3 nights per week in a hotel. Usually only 1 night out then back home the next day. Frequently running turns (home at end of the run). Insurance is free and EXCELLENT coverage. I paid $1,000 total out-of-pocket for cancer surgery.

      Cons

      Not much life/work balance. Frustrating spending time on the extra board waiting to get a call to go to work, but with more seniority you get less wait time.
