Many devious and unethical practices were followed. Employees were not given raises or rewarded for years of service where new employees were brought in at a much higher rate while other with 15 years of service still made minimum wage. Employees were never developed or offered promotions. Top management and corporate are very discriminatory. The marketing propaganda is only that, propaganda. It is not shared or educated to the working level. Any practice to get "around" the law, they have mastered it...and many that are out-right illegal according to stakeholders rules.
