Work isn't difficult, liked my coworkers, got lots of experience and training from experienced installers.

Cons

Night-shift was rough, company seemed hesitant to spend money for equipment. Constant concern over contract renewal.

Not much at all but a weekly paycheck.

Cons

They tell what you want to hear to get in and nothing they offer pans out! No loyalty or appreciation for going the extra mile. Once the owner left, upper management needs more training on people skills and not being power hungry.
