Great people, lots of work and steady environment.

Limited growth and proccesses were a bit unrefined.

Not much at all but a weekly paycheck.

They tell what you want to hear to get in and nothing they offer pans out! No loyalty or appreciation for going the extra mile. Once the owner left, upper management needs more training on people skills and not being power hungry.
