Pros

ABcom is on an impressive growth track. They are growing because they do quality work, all over the country, and faster than others can do it. It's all about quality and speed of delivery. They definitely take care of the employees that take care of the business. It is OK to have fun--it is encouraged!!

Cons

ABcom is not for people used to working in large, slow moving institutions. Listen when they tell you how you will be asked to contribute and how they will take care of you. Both are true!

Not much at all but a weekly paycheck.

Cons

They tell what you want to hear to get in and nothing they offer pans out! No loyalty or appreciation for going the extra mile. Once the owner left, upper management needs more training on people skills and not being power hungry.
