Pros
Used to be a lot of pros. Now just flex time, possible WFH, decent PTO, and work with great people who are also smart and hard-working (these people are leaving though). DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU ARE A SOLID CANDIDATE, DO NOT SETTLE. GO ELSEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL BE HAPPIER, LESS STRESSED, MORE GROWTH, AND GET WHAT YOU DESERVE. Glassdoor rating has gone down a lot in the last year, and they were trying to get some bad reviews removed.
Cons
No more culture. Poor management. They don't care about you and neither does HR, it's all fake when push comes to shove. Bad changes. Founding partners gone. All new and additional C-level. Micromanage. Plays favorites. No consistent policies with HR or raises or promotions. Bad workers get better raises and promotions, for example being outside friends with mgmt. Red tape. Layoffs (but not MGMT) and wrong cost cutting. Becoming very corporate in a bad way.
