Pros

Good pay, interesting clients , coworkers are the best in the world.

Cons

Recently speaking with the ceo and listening to the most recent all hands meeting it’s clear that leadership does not understand ACA. 1. The skit to restore our pay was not funny, it was insulting. This is my career and you made a joke of it. 2. “Old ACA is dead”. The culture committee proclaimed this after we all suspected it after six months of silence. 3. Ignoring smaller contracts for the big fish is not the way this business was built. We are not PWC and I don’t want to work for PWC. When asked “what is so great about ACA now?” There we’re no responses from anyone around more than 4 months.

Pros

For many years, this was a great company to work for. The people, team culture, PTO, and benefits were strong, and the benefits package helped make up for pay that was often average compared to the market. I worked alongside talented colleagues and built relationships that made coming to work enjoyable. There were many positive experiences during my 10+ years with the company.

Cons

Despite frequently emphasizing that "people are our greatest asset," the company has shown little loyalty to long-term employees. After dedicating over a decade of hard work and commitment, I was laid off with no warning. What made the experience even more difficult was seeing numerous open positions posted at the same time long-term employees were being let go. Being laid off after giving the company my best for more than 10 years was disappointing and disheartening. Employees should understand that years of service and dedication do not necessarily provide job security. The company's actions did not align with the values it often promoted
