Pros
ACA is a great place to start a career and learn the basics of the financial industry. You’re able to work with top tier clients and colleagues are amazing.
Cons
The disconnect/tone deafness between executives and the rest of the company is unimaginable. Lower level employees are taken advantage of by being assigned duties and responsibilities without being promoted or given an additional benefits. The pay for the job is not worth the stress and anxiety of meeting ridiculous utilization goals. Promotions are only available to those who are good friends with HR/supervisors. Executives joked on a call about how employees should be grateful to have their pay restored and believed a $25 gift card and a “gift basket” would make up for the hundreds/thousands of lost wages. No transparency on decision making or the rationale behind changes. Aggressively go out of their way to convince employees that they are a decent employer and care about their people. Bottom line, the company puts personal wealth/career development and client wants and needs over the well-being of the people who do the hard work and keep the company running. No respect for lower level employees.
