Pros
Hard working colleagues who are among the best in the business — at least for the time being before management drives them all away
Cons
Company has gone down hill and it doesn’t appear to be getting any better. Management is now focused on using junior resources so they can be more profitable. Used to be that ACA was so expensive because they had more CCOs and examiners from the SEC so you had access to senior, quality people. Clients benefited from that experience so were willing to pay top dollar. Now they want to charge the high rates and staff with junior consultants who don’t have experience. Clients Beware! You’ll be charged for the former CCO consultant but be staffed with someone 3 years out of college so that management can keep more of the money and they expect that you won’t realize or even care. New CEO used Covid as an excuse to get rid of the most senior consultants who were top earners and worth every penny but he only cared about dollar signs not quality. And the majority of them were women! He also demoted 2 female partners! Lot of talk about diversity but it’s an all boys club. They will showcase a female here and there but it’s all for show. Company used to really be focused on its employees but now all they care about is dollar signs. They took away a percentage of our salary and then made a joke about it when they decided to give it back. And they act like we should be grateful for all they are doing for us during Covid. In exchange for the percentage of our salary, they sent us a care package in the mail that consisted of an ACA face mask and a pack of gum. I’d rather my full salary and a company that cared about me.
